CLAAS Purchasing procures production and overhead materials, investments and services.
The purchasing of product related materials is organised by “proFIT teams“. Requirements are bundled by product groups. Each "proFIT" team is responsible for one strategic product group. A total of 16 “proFIT teams” exists.
Purchasing of non production related materials, investments and services is strategically effected by “PSP teams”. In so doing, the focus is on the bundling of requirements in the various purchasing sectors and constant further developments in the service area.
