The combine factory in Krasnodar, located within Russia’s grain belt, commenced operation in 2005. Thus, CLAAS is the first major producer of agricultural technologies with a manufacturing site in Russia. The production site in Krasnodar is designed to produce approx. 1,000 machines annually, and is to become a local competence centre in agricultural technology.
