8th Suppliers' Day: CLAAS awarded its suppliers
Under the motto „New Energy“ 600 selected suppliers of the CLAAS group met in Harsewinkel for the 8th Suppliers' Day. The highlight was again the award ceremony "CLAAS Supplier of the Year".
The winners of the Supplier of the Year Award 2011 are:
Total winner: Bernhard Ellebracht GmbH, Sassenberg
This year's best CLAAS supplier was a local company from the Münsterland region, Bernhard Ellebracht GmbH in Sassenberg (www.ellebracht-gmbh.de). The company shows since years an excellent and constant performance and supplies CLAAS with weldments, stamped and molded parts.
Quality: S&P Federnwerk GmbH & Co. KG, Herdorf
S&P (www.federnwerk.com) produces springs and performs a successful and reliable just in sequence delivery. The partnership is marked by innovative and target oriented processes.

Logistics: FIEGE Stiftung & Co. KG, Greven
Fiege (www.fiege.de) handles the final supply and just in sequence delivery of engines for CLAAS. They changed during the last years from a traditional logistician to a technical supplier in a fast and impressive way.

Mitas (www.mitas.eu) produces highly flexible tires for the high-end range. The new developed product increases besides the power density of CLAAS machines the protection of soil.

TOTAL (www.total.com) supplies CLAAS production sites as well as the worlwide sales network with lubricants. The intense cooperation plays an important role for the reliability of CLAAS machines out on the fields.
