    CLAAS Saulgau GmbH - Specialist in forage harvesting machinery

    CLAAS Saulgau GmbH produces forage harvester machinery with the product groups mowing, tedding, swathing and loading as well as attachments (such as pick-up, DIRECT DISC, maize header) for self-propelled forage harvesters. Even though CLAAS is the European market leader in several machinery sectors, its goal is the further extension of market share.

    Mixed production, introduced in 2004, guarantees short-term availability of the products and their many variants, which can be perfectly adjusted to the requirements of customers.

    CLAAS Service and Parts GmbH - CLAAS Parts Logistics Center

    CLAAS products stand for high quality and reliability. It is our goal to ensure this high quality level even in the after-sales service.

    Therefore, CLAAS Service and Parts, located in Hamm-Uentrop, concentrates on the holistic approach of developing after-sales products and solutions. This includes both procurement and quality management as well as steering and support of the international markets by the Sales department.

    Another essential task is the enhancement of customer-friendly service products.

    In order to accomplish these core tasks, it is crucial for agricultural engineering to ensure a high level of spare parts availability and a quick and well-functioning logistic concept.

    For this purpose, the CLAAS Parts Logistic Center was founded in 2000. Since then, it organises the global dispatch of CLAAS spare parts together with CS Parts Logistic GmbH, a joint-venture between CLAAS and the logistic expert STUTE Verkehrs-GmbH. In 2009, an amplification was realised in order to meet the increasing demand for more and more types of machines, incl. tractors. Currently, more than 130,000 different part numbers are stocked in Hamm – with increasing tendency..

    Altogether, a surface under roof of more than 60,000 m² is available. From here, a daily dispatch of up to 70 tons of spare parts can be realised.

    CLAAS E-Systems in Dissen

    CLAAS E-Systems in Dissen harnesses IT know-how for agriculture – from herd management to accounting. The programs and equipment are developed in close collaboration with farm owners and contractors. E-Systems service engineers also hold regional training sessions and are responsible for software installation and technical service for harvesting.
