This year, the overall price goes to Fried Kunststofftechnik (https://www.fried.de). Founded in 1978, the third-generation family-owned company from Swabia, Germany has been working with CLAAS since 2007 and specializes in innovative plastics technologies, surface treatment and refinement. Much value is placed on future technologies and sustainability. The company, which employs 250 people, distinguished itself in particular during the Covid pandemic, when it was able to deliver to CLAAS on a daily basis despite all the circumstances.


Quality: Leoni Bordnetzsysteme GmbH, Kitzingen Germany

Leonie Bordnetzsysteme (https://www.leoni.com/de) wins this year's award for quality. The market leader for on-board power systems in Europe manufactures these systems for cars, trucks, commercial vehicles etc., and employs more than 67,000 people worldwide. Leonie Bordnetzsysteme has been awarded several times in the category of customer satisfaction by other companies and has a high focus on quality with extensive testing systems in the production lines.


Logistics: Pfaff International GmbH,  Baienfurt Germany

The prize in the category logistics goes to Pfaff International (https://www.pfaffinternational.com/), a medium-sized freight-forwarding company from Upper Swabia, Germany, which operates worldwide. Founded in 2010, Pfaff focuses on transports that have exceptional requirements, like for example special and extra-heavy transports. Important aspects are also the availability of individually tailorable solutions and the high flexibility.




Innovation: Carraro Drive Tech Italia SpA, Campodarsego Italy

Carraro Drive Tech Italia (https://www.carraro.com) wins the price for supplier innovation this year. The company founded in 1932 today employs 3,579 employees and has seven manufacturing plants all over the world. Carraro is able to produce everything from the smallest gear up to an entire tractor and is among the world’s leading manufacturers for gears and transmission systems for tractors and off-highway vehicles. Nowadays, they focus on maximizing machine efficiency and reducing emissions.

The prize in the Service category goes to Kale Oto Radyatör (https://www.kaleoto.com.tr/)from Turkey. Founded in Istanbul in 1966, the company offers a wide range of products for OEM customers in the field of coolers and heating radiators. It manufactures everything from engine coolers to air conditioning systems. Kale started out as a small automotive supplier and is now the market leader in Turkey.
