Building a Resilient Future Together

At CLAAS, resilience isn’t just a goal - it’s a requirement for sustainable success in the agricultural sector. As a global leader in agricultural machinery, we depend on a robust and forward-thinking supply network that shares our commitment to responsibility, operational integrity and long-term collaboration.

Sustainability

Data transparency is essential for understanding sustainable practices and ensuring traceability within the supply chain, requiring openness and communication.

By sourcing sustainable raw materials and incorporating circular economy principles, alongside implementing energy-efficient processes and collaborating in the development of innovative products, we can achieve a positive environmental impact.

Additionally, prioritizing fair labour practices and ethical governance strengthens our collective commitment to sustainability, promoting social equity and responsible business conduct.

We warmly invite our suppliers to join our journey toward advancing sustainability in agriculture.

Cyber Security

Cyber Security and Digital Trust

In today’s increasingly connected agricultural landscape, protecting digital assets is a critical component of operational resilience. At CLAAS, we are committed to maintaining high cybersecurity standards—not only within our own operations but across our entire supply network.

To support this, we use BitSight, a leading security ratings platform that provides continuous, data-driven insights into the cybersecurity performance of third parties. BitSight allows us to proactively monitor potential risks, assess supplier cyber hygiene and foster greater transparency in our digital partnerships. This enables us to work together with suppliers to identify vulnerabilities early and strengthen defenses across the supply chain.

Risk Management

In a dynamic global environment, managing risk is essential to maintaining a stable and reliable supply chain. Risk management involves identifying, assessing and mitigating factors that could disrupt operations, compromise quality or threaten compliance.

These risks can range from geopolitical tensions and natural disasters to supplier insolvency, market volatility and regulatory changes.

In the agricultural sector—where seasonal cycles, global logistics and precision manufacturing all intersect—being prepared is not optional; it’s a necessity.
