At CLAAS, we continuously enhance our purchasing processes and accelerate digitalization through our Product Cost Optimization team who works to reduce product costs — strengthening CLAAS and suppliers competitiveness and delivering value for both.

 

Purchasing Performance focuses on boosting supplier performance through evaluations, risk management and integration of ESG principles. Our Global Sourcing team ensures consistent, efficient sourcing across the organization.

 

Product Unit (PU) Purchasing integrates purchasing early in product development, aligning closely with CLAAS Product Units.

 

Finally, Purchasing Excellence team sets standards and leads digital initiatives.
