Suppliers play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards at CLAAS. Within our systems, users with the appropriate roles can manage a range of quality-related processes: handling claims, processing PPAP tickets, managing APQP activities and maintaining up-to-date quality data and certificates within the supplier profile.
Additionally, suppliers can initiate and manage Deviation Requests to ensure transparent and controlled handling of exceptions.
