Supplier Portal Purchasing

Our supplier portal is the central platform for managing collaboration with CLAAS. Here, suppliers can easily maintain and update their supplier profile, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. The portal also enables suppliers to receive and respond to Requests for Quotations.

Supplier Portal Quality

Suppliers play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards at CLAAS. Within our systems, users with the appropriate roles can manage a range of quality-related processes: handling claims, processing PPAP tickets, managing APQP activities and maintaining up-to-date quality data and certificates within the supplier profile.

Additionally, suppliers can initiate and manage Deviation Requests to ensure transparent and controlled handling of exceptions.

Supplier Portal Logistics (SPL)

Within this portal, suppliers can access purchase orders and delivery-schedules, confirm or propose changes. They can also create delivery-notes and transport-labels as well as transport-notifications (shipping orders) and request the pick-up. This is also the right place to send electronic ASN (Advanced Shipping Notifications) to CLAAS.
